Can't find a replacement gear for your model railway locomotive? We may be able to help by designing and resin 3D printing a replacement based on your original part.

We assess the original gear, take measurements and create a CAD design for a suitable replacement. Where practical, we can print a test part and refine the fit.

What this service is for:
Broken, split, worn or difficult-to-source gears where a suitable replacement is not readily available.

Please contact us with the locomotive make and model, photographs and any measurements available. Ideally, we'll need the original gear on axel or matching sample to work from.
