- State of Return: Items must be returned in the same condition as received. This means they should be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Second-Hand Items: Must be returned in the same condition and in working order as received. We service all second-hand items before listing them to ensure they are fully functional.

2. Reasons for Return
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong item, please let us know so we can correct it.

3. Process for Return

- Return Authorisation: We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Process of Refund

- Refund Terms: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Duration: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
