Servicing, Short Circuits & A Charity Challenge Complete
It’s been a bit of a whirlwind this week—two trains in for standard servicing, and one came in with a more unusual fault. The loco had a melted wire that had fused together, causing a short circuit. A careful bit of rewiring later, and it’s back on the right track!
No Layout Progress (This Time!)
Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to get anything done on my own layout this week. Sometimes life just gets in the way—but that’s all part of the journey. The layout will still be there when things settle down a bit!
March the Month – Completed!
We also reached the finish line on March the Month, the 11,000 steps-a-day challenge for Prostate Cancer UK. I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who donated or shared the fundraiser—it really means a lot. We’ll definitely be continuing to support good causes where we can.
That’s all for now—if you’ve got locos needing servicing, repairs, or DCC conversions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
